We like to explain sated as that perfect level of fullness where you're not hungry, and you're not bursting full.  When you're sated, you're satisfied.  You're not craving anything, you're not even thinking about food.

We love the word "Sated" as a brand, because our nutritionally complete shakes are specifically engineered to be as sating as possible per calorie.
